It may be a few weeks before I find time to post anything as the summer has been busy and the month of August is showing signs of continuing the pace. I am hoping that interest in waterfront will increase. Last year, July was slow in waterfront lot sales but August was great. Hopefully this pattern will repeat itself. I have a good selection of waterfront lots available including two subdivisions with multiple lots ..... "Pristine Park" on Elizabeth Bay and "The Farm" on Manitowaning Bay.
