I just cannot believe it was August 5th that I made my first and only posting. I had said there would be no new postings for a few weeks never thinking it would be a few months. It has been a busy and time consuming season. Now that my first year of business is completed, I would like to express my appreciation to customers, clients, colleagues and others who helped make it a success.

My first goal was to provide professional and friendly service. I hope you feel it was accomplished. Another objective was to maintain an interesting, up-to-date, internet website full of pictures, sketches and maps for every listed property. Thank you for your feedback and kind comments. A third target was to increase my presence on The Island and elsewhere. Many strategies were used including a full-page advertisement, updated weekly, in The Manitoulin Expositor. The Expositor is the "real estate guide" for Manitoulin and I encourage every prospective buyer to purchase a subscription to aid in their search for property. Visit their website manitoulin.ca to have this weekly publication delivered to your home. Finally, I committed myself to supporting the other Brokers through our Shared Listing Service (SLS) by supplying them with details of all listings. I thank them for their support as well.
