It just seems I will never get time to update this section more often. The season has been unusually busy with general real estate service work for clients and customers. There have even been some good sales "under the snow" of farms, waterfront lots, building lots and houses. It has been a different winter so far. I will be leaving on Saturday, February 14th for a little holiday (due to my wife's insistence) to return about March 5th. I try to cross the bridge as little as possible. Cole McLaughlin, my son, will be here to receive your messages. As I was planning my Manitoulin Expositor advertisements for the next three weeks, it became apparent that the Spring Equinox is coming soon, on March 20th. Spring is the time of year that most Buyers start to get excited about owning a piece of The Island (Manitoulin Island that is!). If you own property that you are considering selling, list now to catch the early market. The main selling time is still July and August but the shoulder months are getting more active.
